SAP PI

Senior SAP ABAP/PI Consultant required for a freelance opportunity to work for a global end user, based in Brussels.

Must be German speaking.

Experience required

Must have Seeburger experience

Experience coordinating small development teams

Exposure to various project methodologies

Participated in project UAT test cycles

Experience of managing third-party vendors or application teams

Functional/Technical specifications for interfaces, BAPIs/IDOCS

Functional/Technical specifications for developments (in ABAP & PI)

Completion of Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications

Create & maintain development & standards documentation

PI Competencies

Experience in development of PI adapter modules, ABAP Proxy developments and complex Java mappings

Certified SAP PI Consultant

Exposure to most SAP PI adapters

EDI specific knowledge

Exposure to PI 7.1, PI 7.31, PO and migration from dual stack to single stack

Exposure to SAP PI Basis tasks

Experience of SOA implementation and governance

Exposure to basic performance tuning configurations in PI

Experience using Wily Introscope

Monitoring through Solution Manager PI work centre

Experienced of implementing standard SAP enterprise services & enhancing the same

ABAP Competencies

Certified SAP development associate

Experience of SAP ECC6 developments (ABAP programming)

Report Programming including Interactive reports

Dialog Programming

ALV grid programming/ABAP Controls/External Database Access Programming

SAP Script & SAP Forms - AFS, FI, SD, MM module programming

OLE Automation (Particularly with Excel)/ALE/iDoc including EDI

Implementation of standard scenarios (Enterprise Services)

Enhancement of standard scenarios/Bespoke scenarios (Enterprise Services)

BAPI/Programming using standard BAPI's

ABAP Query/Batch Job Scheduling

Experience with SPAU/SPDD/SPAM/SNOTE

Good ABAP debugging skills
