SAP Packaging Data Manager

PACKAGING DATA MANAGER IS ENGAGED IN CREATING PACKAGING SPECIFICATIONS. THIS INCLUDES CHECKING & AMENDING CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED), STORAGE PARAMETERS, PHYSICAL PROPERTIES & NUTRITIONAL DETAILS..

KEY TASKS:

- Ensure the completeness and validity of the packaging specification data.
- Review and resolve discrepancies identified through reports or those identified through manual checks.
- Raise queries for issues. Track, review and close all query responses received.
- Contribute to the process improvement.
- Attend and participate in Client meetings related to data management activities.
- Track, review, update and close all responses received.
- Ensure timelines set by the client in terms of discrepancies resolved are met.
- Interact with the client/on-shore resources regarding data quality issues during calls/meetings.
- Train and mentor new data managers on the data management process.
- Assist team leaders in resolving complex issues and participate in project management activities.
- Communicate effectively with the client thereby enhancing and maintaining a good client relationship.
- Follow up and track with suppliers to get the amended documents returned.
