SAP P2P- SAP SME - Procurement - Oil and Gas

SAP Specialist, P2P, Purchase to Pay, Middlesex, North London, Procurement, Process, Oil and Gas Client, SAP.

Gibbs S3 has a new opportunity for a SAP SME who has excellent P2P, Process and Procurement experience, ideally in a large global organisation working across EMEA.

Role:

Working within the SAP Programme the SME should have knowledge and expertise which can be used to assess the requirements and gaps between the regional solution and P2P solution and provide process and systems SME support to the enablement of Indirect Procurement spend in the regional SAP instance.

Experience Required:

* Prior experience of Purchase to Pay process on SAP SRM on a global programme
* Ability to work in a Matrix project environment
* Ability to look at existing designs, provide or facilitate, expertise to identify the issues, gaps and impacts
* Ability to Generate recommendations and using appropriate channels obtain a decision
* Ability to socialise the knowledge and decisions back into the represented business area
* Ability to work in a logical and structured manner with good communication skills
* Get up to speed with the "in-flight"SAP design and deployment plans
* Own and work in collaboration with Service delivery and IP SAP team to close down the Open Design Questions (ODQs) for the project
* Help refine the IP SAP Programme project plan;
* Develop detailed process design and routing logic for IP Categories of spend;
* Take part in the solution testing;
