IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Elicit and analyze user requirements related to analytical business processes
-Produce accurate functional and design specifications to allow traceability with test cases and test instructions
-Analyze and document end-to-end data selection and transformations defined to deliver the P2P KPIs analysis
-Ensure system and business requirements being met by elaborating test scripts for end-to-end data validation
-Lead analysis and process improvements to enhance business performance
-Act as subject matter expert and support train-the-trainer for usage of the KPIs and other learning activities with business and IT
-Identify, evaluate, and communicate ideas for process improvements and training needs
-Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to appropriate IT teams
-Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize operational performance of system
-Drive coordination of activities for small-to-medium changes and provide 2nd/3rd level support

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound work experience as Business Analyst of SAP procure-to-pay (“P2P”), Purchasing, Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger
-Experience as consultant, functional expert, or in similar role highly desirable
-Know-how conducting large-scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners
-Demonstrated ability making deep and critical analysis support decisions
-Skilled in problem/incident management, ITIL/Project Management environments, Service Level Agreements and full lifecycle system support
-Self-starter mentality
-Result orientation with a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables
-Ability to work with remote and virtual teams
-IT experience in large complex organizations with development and configuration of business applications
-Excellent verbal/written communication, strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution skills
-Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
