SAP OTC business analyst
Key Skills:
- SAP Order To Cash solution: SD, LE and FI-AR modules
- Knowledge of sales management, customer services and supply chain operations
- French or Italian speaker
- Good communication skills
The role:
Requirements Gathering
Collation of European business requirements for Order to Cash (OTC) workstream
Preparation of process overview presentations
Participation in business requirement workshops
Completion of requirement traceability Matrix - prioritisation of requirements with business leads
Solution Design
Work with business and project team to define business process solutions
Understanding of the Global Template processes defined as part of the R1 and 2.
Prepare Business Process Documentation - process flows and description of OTC sub processes based on SAP functionality
Work with the implementation partner to define functional design and system interface specifications to meet approved business requirements.
Lead walkthroughs of the process documentation with the business leads
Testing
Prepare test scenarios and test scripts aligned to business process and functional design documentation
Execute functional testing as part of the System Test phase
Support the business super-users as part of the User Acceptance Test phase.
Document test results in HP ALM system
Support
Provide support to the business teams as part of the post-implementation support phase "hyper-care"
