SAP Organisational Change Manager

One of our well known, clients is searching for an experienced SAP Change Manager to join their team, focusing on the SAP P2P module, as part of a major SAP project. The project is based in Melbourne and the role will initially run for 8 months, with a view to extend.

This role will see you working on a project with a focus primarily on process design, process change, and the ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders, identifying and guiding them through the impact assessment.

Ideally you will have:

- At least 5+ years of Change Management experience
- Worked on at least 5 SAP project life cycles (including experience in understanding the impact the change programme will have on roles, responsibilities and departmental structure)
- Experience in a broad range of change impact assessment activities and tools.
- A solid understanding of SAP P2P and ideally P2M
- A proven background in the mining/resource industry
- Excellent communication skills and feel confident liaising with people from all levels of the Business
