Location: Astana, Kazakhstan.
* Knowledge and experience with the SAP Products.
* Consultant needs to have ITIL knowledge with 5-6 years project.
* Managed SAP support projects.
* Participation in development and deployment of the SAP support model and organization including introduction of the service(s) to the business and end-user community
(Preparation of official service documentation/communications/How-To's/delivery of sign-offs)
* Knowledge transfer, coaching of the permanent SAP Operations Manager
Fluency in Russian is mandatory.
Integration with PI BI. Galactica is an ERP being used by the end-client; knowledge of it will be an advantage. The plan is also to integrate SAP with Galactica.
