On behalf of our client, an international company, we are currently looking for A SAP OPERATIONS MANAGER, for a contract mission of 9 months renewable, IN GENEVA.
THE JOB:
- You are in charge of all the external platform operations.
- To manage efficiently the different projects on SAP, you meet the stakeholder's needs, cost's constraints, technical innovations ...
IN MORE DETAILS:
- You manage the authorisation access
- You do the change management
- You supervise the technical operations
- You manage the partners relationships, monitor and report the SLA's, SLO's and KPI.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a strong knowledge of SAP, thanks to at least 5 years of experience, in industrial area.
- You have a good knowledge of some methodology standards like PMI or ITIL.
- You are fluent in English and French (a must).
- Your are an hands-on person, with a good strategic vision, really result oriented, able to think out of the box, team player, very involved in your job.
- You can also be very persuasive and good at negotiation.
