Must have good technical background in SAP technology. Can show SAP applications experience and knowledge of the challenges and opportunities presented in delivering applications management services in a global multi-instance SAP environment.

Experience of working within an ITIL framework and processes with successful outcomes within a large scale global SAP/service management environment

ITIL foundation qualification

Recognised SAP IT Expert with experience of working in Oil Company or major corporation with complex IT environments

Experience of working effectively with people who are a mixture of my client and supplier background across a global organisation.

Must have strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
