SAP Netweaver Developer

We have a vacancy for an SAP Netweaver developer with the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum of 4 years of overall IT work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of SAP Portal experience in both development and configuration areas
- Working knowledge of change control and release management processes
- Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies and practices
- Working knowledge of Remedy ticketing software providing similar functionality to resolve incidents
- Advanced Microsoft Office user (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, and MS Project)
- Experience in multiple technologies including integration of Portal, ECC and BOBJ, CRX, SRM and other SAP systems.
- Expertise specific in the following areas in SAP Portal:
- Portal content management
- Portal role design and management
- Portal role design and access management
- Portal integration and SSO configuration
- Portal Knowledge management (KM)
- Universal Work List (UWL) and SAP workflow integration
- Configuration of Portal business packages for ESS, MSS, SRM
- TREX search and indexing configuration
- Portal default trace and error logs troubleshooting

The duration of this requirement will last approx. 12 months (extendible). This is a single status consultancy contract. The rate shall comprise of consultancy rate plus per diem. The contract does not include medical and/or insurance coverage of any sort. The contract includes an economy class one mobilization/demobilization based on actual airfare. The consultant with Oil and Gas industry and experience in Arabian Gulf SAP R/3 implementation will be preferred.
