Description: Rebuild 12 Network Standards per template already existing.
Expectations and deliverables: Rebuild 12 network standards to match that of a template already created. Changes to: Activity Numbers, Relationships, Milestones, Durations, VC Characteristics, all in compliance with existing network standards.
