SAP MM/MRP Business Process Consultant - English Speaking. Eindhoven

My client based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, requires a SAP MM/MRP Consultant.

- 6 month contract (part time)
- 2 Days per week
- Start Date: 29th June 2015
- End Date: 31st December 2015

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

- The Business Process Consultant acts as a first IT contact for Business key players and Business process owners in the organization.
- As a consultant you assess, change and refine business processes and related information systems to continuously increase their effectiveness.
- You are the link between the clients Operations organization (esp. Purchasing), the IT organization and the outsourcing partners.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage planning and execution of assigned Non Standard Changes:
- Create functional designs (based on standard SAP solutions), usecases and documentation.
- Create high level milestone plan and share plan with customer and NSC service provider.
- Validate and challenge estimates from NSC service provider and document initial and final estimates.
- Register NSC progress and status.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (MUSTS)

- In-depth knowledge of purchasing-planning processes in discrete manufacturing
- Sound knowledge and expertise with SAP MM (all aspects, more than 7 year's) and related modules for process handshakes (MRP, delivery, finance & control).
