SAP MM Data Analyst - Pharma - Switzerland

For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in BASEL, we are looking for a

SAP MM DATA ANALYST

(JANUARY 2015 - JUNE 2015 OPTION OF EXTENSION)

MAIN TASKS:

-

managing the complete order cycle in SAP Material Management
-

data export from SAP MM into Excel and subsequent data analysis and reporting duties

REQUIREMENTS:

-

advanced Excel analysis skills and
-

advanced skills in pivot reports, VBA and/or macros to produce a set of standard reports, as well as ad hoc reports.
-

needs to be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail even under stressful conditions, and take responsibility for correct order entry.
-

Experience and skills in the preparation of work instructions and documentation of procurement procedures would be beneficial.
-

Languages: advanced skills in English (written and spoken) and ideally, a good command of German.
