SAP MDM ECC Customer, Client and Material Masters with Strong Function

SAP MDM ECC Customer, Client and Material Masters with strong function/process knowledge required for prestigious clients based in Brazil and Argentina. The ideal Candidates will be able to communicate in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

The following skills and experience are required:

Objectives:

- Analysis of business requirements.
- The SAP Master Data Management Consultant will own and deliver the deployment and configuration of the MDM solution.
- Build a coherent data architecture.
- Business process solution design, testing, and documentation
- Implementation of the Common Information Model (CIM) for Customer Data Quality implementation.
- Enforcement and adherence of development standards.
- Coach and develop skills within a project team.
- Work effectively in mixed Client and Consultancy teams.

Competencies:

- Fully understands commercial accountability on project and takes responsibility for ensuring that commitments are met within the margin objectives for the piece of work.
- Uses good judgment to quickly make difficult decisions.
- Can effectively hold a one-to-one interview or meeting with client senior management levels.
- Can drive a multi-disciplined group including members from all Lines of Business to achieve the required results.

Content Excellence:

- Able to help clients identify best practice solutions where conflicting requirements exist.
- Able to gain access to knowledge (internally and externally) and keeps up to date with developments in area of content knowledge.
- Can take an active part in the risk identification and mitigation process across all project activities.
- Able to give strong feedback and coaching to enhance the performance of client or team members in potentially difficult situations.

Client Development:

- Can contribute to the preparation of complex proposals ensuring that client needs are met.
- Understands the legal components of a bid and can contribute to legal review and risk management.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience of implementing MDM to support customer data integration objectives.
- Experience in the deployment and use of operational and analytical style MDM solutions Specific requirements.
- Business process solution design, testing, and documentation
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish or Portuguese
