SAP MASTER DATA EXPERT
CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION
The resource should be an experience SAP consultant with a focus on maser data management and migration.
Experience in the use of MDG, LSMW, Winshuttle and other data migration tools used in the master data and operation migration in SAP is a must.
The resource will need to have good managerial skills and have off shore resource management experience as well as being a hands on resource.
The ideal resource will rapidly understand client tools and methodology regarding migration in YSAP solution and have excellent functional knowledge and SAP best practice regarding migration of MM, FI/CO, AM data.
JOB DESCRIPTION
THE CONSULTANT WILL BE RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- Become rapidly familiar with the master data governance and the support organization
- Advice and or execute actions to assure the quality of the migration in projects
- Acquire intimate knowledge of the project status regarding migration, their road maps and risk.
- Understand the actions needed to insure the deliverer of each milestone regarding master data for the SAP projects in the pipeline ( currently 3)
- Support the project organization and the Master Data group in coordinating and execution action related to the data migration strategy on the current projects
MANDATORY FIELDS
- Deep SAP ECC expertise ( preferably FI/CO and MM (Inventory management/procurement)
- Team lead experience/offshore lead experience
- Migration, conversion and master data governance tools and methodologies expertise ( MDG, LSMW, Winshuttle, excel, etc.
FORMAL EDUCATION GUIDE (IF APPLICABLE)
ITIL, Prince 2 and SAP certification is a plus
SAP (8 + years experience is a must)
LANGUAGES:
English is a must
SKILLSET:
SAP IT Consultant > 5 years experience
Team leader > 5 years experience
Application Consultant-SAP Extended
SAP PM/MM/PS/MDM or FI/CO >4 years experience in the primary skill required and/or >8 years of industry experience
Application Consultant-SAP Speciality >4 years experience in the primary skill required and/or >8 years of industry experience
SAP Master Data/Migration expert 4 years experience in the primary skill required and/or >8 years of industry experience
