SAP Manager FI-CO

The consultant will be directly responsible for the management and support of the following IT Applications deployed at: SAP Deposits Management (SAP DM - Core Banking); SAP Core Mortgage Loans (SAP CML - Loans); CSC Accounting Data Dispatcher (CSC ADD - Payments); SAP Financials SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM - ERP).

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years of experience in ICT with exposure to Finance, accounting, cost control and Banking operations.
- At least 5 years of design, customization, implementation and support for the following Applications:
- SAP FICO
- SAP DM
- SAP CML
- SAP HCM
- CSC ADD
- Deep understanding of SAP Best Practices in the LE domain with focus on the above applications.
- Proven experience in integrating the above applications with each other and with third party applications like Treasury and Trade Finance applications.
- Expert in SAP Implementation methodologies including ASAP and ASAP focus methodologies and familiar with ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP and/or Prince2.
- Proven experience in working in multinational teams and international experience for 3 years minimum.
- Customer focused with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in managing a team of 4+ employees
- Ability to perform and support Service Level Management and Vendor Management Activities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; written & spoken Arabic is desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Full Functional/Technical Knowledge of SAP ERP with Focus on SAP Financials and Controlling. The incumbent should have proven experience in the following modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, and General Ledger in SAP FICO. Also SAP HCM knowledge is required with the following modules: Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management, Payroll Management and integration aspects with SAP GL and SAP DM. Experience/knowledge in SAP MM and SAP PS is a plus.
- SAP DM: Functional and technical knowledge of SAP DM core processes including Account Management, Product Management, Payments management and integration with other SAP and non SAP applications like SAP GL and SAP CO.
- SAP CML: Functional and technical knowledge of SAP CML processes including consumer and corporate loans management, Integration with Accounts Receivable and integration with SAP DM.
- CSC ADD applications: Functional and technical knowledge of the ADD application including deep knowledge of the integration processes with SAP GL, Bank Accounting, Accounts Receivable, SAP CML, SAP DM and external payment channels.
- Proficiency in implementing, customizing, administering and supporting the above applications.
- Proven experience in Financials and Banking Industry
- Experience in requirements gathering, systems implementation, and systems integration for transactional Banking and Banking Services applications.
- At least 3 full cycles SAP implementations.
- Possesses a thorough experience in SAP Best Practices and Implementation Methodologies.
