One of our clients, a mutlinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires an SAP LSO Consultant with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry

Location: South of Brussels

Under the general direction of the Strategy and Performance Sr. Managerand in close collaboration with the LPBs & VLC Director, theLearning Transversal PMO is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, coordinating and planning all activities related to the deployment ofthe Learning Curriculum and its implementation in SAP Learning Solution

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end project management of curriculum deployment activities from User Requirement and project information form (PIF) definition up to individual utilization of the model in SAP LSO
to build his/her annual learning plan.

- Ensure User Requirement Specifications on the deployment of the learning framework
- Ensure definition of User Requirement Specifications with the business
- Get endorsement on PIF from management sponsor
- Build deployment plan in line with business expectations, needs andpriorities. Should provide alternative plans to deploy the framework inthe best efficient way.
- Negotiate and secure all necessary resources to ensure plan deliverson time and in quality required by the deployment deliverables, ieresources in VLC, in the local sites or teams,

in IT or any relevant roles for the project.

- Act as project management lead for the deployment of the curriculum

Curriculum deployment

- Communicates and works across functions to follow up on assignmentsand tasks
- Ensures appropriate input is gathered for the completion ofassignments/tasks.
- Effectively establishes collaboration and information sharing systemswith colleagues and peers inside and outside the department, asappropriate.
- Coordinates team meeting agendas, background, and meetingsummaries
- Clearly communicates project issues and key milestones/project information to teams and relevant parties external to teams andescalate if appropriate to the Steering Committee
- Record all project relevant data in appropriate project management tool in order to ensure meaningful project reporting to all relevant parties.

SAP LSO

- Define users requirements for Phase II development
- Ensure alignment between IT activities and Learning Framework deployment activities
- Standardize and deploy learning processes related to the framework inSAP in all sites.
- Organize data collection, testing and go-live of SAP module
- Ensure/organize support to site before implementation and after GoLife (including training).
- Maintain training material and develop skills in LMS (Learning Management system) in order to guarantee technical expertise and support for all national and international projects and Sites

Skills/Knowledge preferred/required

Complexity:

- The candidate must be able to interact within internal Matrix organization and also within all the company's International sites.
- She/he must master roles as advisor, consultant, and training.
- The candidate must be capable of applying the principles, conceptsand theory of project management to a learning and development environment to move projects forward effectively.
- Proven ability to keep projects/assignments on track andresolves issues in a timely fashion.

Insight and problem solving:

- The candidate will be required frequently to propose and decides on actions and solutions to issues based on mapping possibleoutcomes of different approaches or options

Level of influence:

- The candidate will have influence at the level of all business and ITstaff including site manager/director and global functions
- She/he will become the contact point for all sites concerning SAP LMS process deployment.

Experience

- Min 5-10 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech
- Min 5-10 years experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of the overall drug/vaccine development process and thekey functions involved.
- Knowledge of the overall learning and development environment and the key functions involved.
