SAP Logistics (LES) Lead - MUST BE Netherlands Based Currently

SAP Logistics Lead (LES). My client, a Global Blue Chip organization is currently searching for an SAP Physical Logistics Lead for a template rollout project based near Eindhoven.

The team you will coordinate consists of 2 hands on configuration analysts and 2 process analysts from the business side.

You will be responsible for coordinating their work to make sure critical tasks are prioritized and any risks to timescales or quality of work are escalated to the project manager.

The client is ideally looking for someone who has some hands on experience of SAP Physical logistics but would also consider someone who has come from the business side of an SAP rollout and has some process knowledge.

More important is getting the right personality for the role. The client likes people to manage by consensus and as you are leading a group of very knowledgeable and professional consultants, you will not need to lead with an iron fist!
