SAP LOAD PLANNER - 3 MONTH CONTRACT (VIEW TO GO PERMANENT) - WESTERN SUBURBS

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- Communicate with dock controllers to ensure correct loading of stock.
- Ensure customer orders are planned accurately and on time.
- Ensure vehicle load weights are adhered to. Where required Re-Load Plan order to comply with weight & volume requirements of trucks being used.
- Ensure that customer delivery times are met within legislative requirements.
- Ensure transport space bookings are maximised
- Ensure transport run sheets are up to date and accurate
- Investigate missed time slots for major customers.
- Ensure orders are picked on time to meet time slots and pack schedules for Local, interstate and Exports.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 4 years load planning experience, within a SAP environment.
- Experience with an FMCG organisation.
- Can demonstrate excellent customer service, along with good problem solving skill/crisis management skills.
