SAP ISU Trainer - Dublin

SAP ISU Trainer urgently required at System Dynamics, Ireland's leading indigenous IT Consultancy, based in Dublin. The Trainer will be joining our internal energy group in the provision of IS-Utilities training to our clients.

SKILLS:

- Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP IS-U, SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS) in relation to development of end-user training.
- Expertise (Advanced level) in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, critical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Must be results-oriented.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EXPERIENCE:

- Proven experience in developing end-user training for SAP IS-U or SAP R3 Plant Maintenance (PM) or Customer Service (CS).
- Proven application of adult learning principles.
- Instructional design and training development skills.
- Must be able to understand technical concepts and translate them into simple terms for end users.
- Must be a self starter and able to deal with ambiguity and successfully manage competing project requirements.
- Experience with mobile technology is desirable but not essential

QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant Change Management (training) Qualification/Experience is desirable.
