SAP IS-U Developer - 7 months - near Ghent

We are searching for SAP IS-U Developers to work in Belgium. 7 MONTH CONTRACT 5 TH JANUARY START BASE LOCATION NEAR GHENT

Description:
You develop test and document application code according to the standards and on the basis of technical and functional specifications; and this in the context of project implementation MIG6 on SocLev (SAP ISU). You can also be involved in maintenance of SocLev bug fixing and user support.

Tasks:
- You write, test and document the code in the development environment.
- You actively to knowledge retention and transfer to your colleagues.
- You leave this on the technical specifications established by the designer.
- You take into account development guidelines and internal IT standards.
- You rigorously apply the methods in the context of the change and release management process far.
- You will provide technical advice to the designer.
- You are responsible for proper evaluation of the technical feasibility of the requests.
- You treat tickets as part of the incident management process.
- You report to the module involved specialists and designers

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

-

Very good knowledge of ABAP programming language and the ABAP Workbench.
-

Very good knowledge of ISU.
-

Developing, debugging and optimization (performance improvements and problem solving) of Z programs, user exits and function modules.
-

Building workflows in an SAP system
-

Good knowledge of Web Dynpro, BOR objects, IDOC and Proxy service.
-

Good knowledge of different market scenarios within the energy market.
-

Knowledge of MIG6.
-

Knowledge of BSP is an asset.

EXPERIENCE:

-

At least 4 years' experience in a similar position, ABAP programmer, and environment.
-

You have experience in projects in complex SAP systems or maintenance orders.
-

Practical experience with Web Dynpro ABAP, ISU and workflows.
-

You are you willing to thoroughly work in the applications and implementation processes
-

Experience with agile project methodology is important.
-

Experience in projects involving direct communication with the operational business contacts took place: understanding, interpreting and adjusting needs.
