SAP IS-U CRM Techno Functional Consultants - 12 Month Contracts

As a supplier directly to the client we are seeking 3x IS-U Techno/Functional CRM Consultants for 12 month contracts in Ireland. The job spec is as follows:

These Techno-Functional consultants must have at least 6 years SAP experience. They must have a strong technical and design background and possess extensive business process knowledge in the Utility sector with a focus on Sales and Marketing.

General Responsibilities

- Attending requirements workshops and assisting business in blueprint phase.
- Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through.
- CRM 7
- Preparing functional specifications.
- Completing system configuration.
- Liaise closely with ABAP team during build phase.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
- Preparing and managing all elements of testing.
- Work alongside delivery leads and architects to Identify and manage risks.

Skills

- At least 6 years SAP CRM Experience ideally in the utility industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Contract Management, Sales, Campaigns, Marketing, Products in CRM 7.0 is an absolute must.
- Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of CRM/IS-U integration.
- Worked on at least 2 CRM 7/IS-U projects
- Experience in upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 7 would be a major advantage.
- Must have gone through all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation creation and training.
- A solid technical background with excellent ABAP debugging skills is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM BOL/GENIL concepts and OO programming concepts used in SAP CRM 7.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM IS-U Data Model.
- BSP configuration and design skill is a must.
- Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage. 

Our client is also happy to consider a significant remote working element for these roles.
