For a Utilities customer, we are looking for a team lead ISU/CRM for Utilities. Our customer is looking to perform profound changes to the existing ISU/CRM solu
tion. In other manage these change we are looking for a team lead who can coordinate the work of about 5 ISU and CRM consultant.

In this project you need to be able to:
* lead a team of people with different levels of expertise
* use your expert knowledge of ISU and CRM of Utilities to support the team
* manage the solution within time, scope and budget
* Interact with the management of the customer & perform status meetings.

We are looking for a ISU/CRM team lead with the following traits:
* able to lead a team
* understand ISU standard functionality
* end-to-end understanding of ISU and CRM for Utilities
* understanding of the integration aspects of ISU-CRM-ECC
* able to transfer and share knowledge to the benefit of the project and the customer
* able to interact with and operate within a large and complex progam with multiple paralel projects
