ISPSCD LEAD
At least 1 complete IS-PSCD (IS PSCD) and CRM SS implementation preferably with BRF+ and WCEM 2.0.
2 years design and implementation of SAP IS PSCD together with SAP Customer Relationship Management: Industry Extension Social Service activate 7.02 (however could probably get away with non IS CRM)
1 year ISPSCD integration experience
1 Year WCEM experience
Ability to lead and manage onshore and offshore ISPSCD team
Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and lead completion of design blueprint and IRISE playback build activities
Ability to manage and direct solution build and bug fixing
Excellent client facing skills
Strong problem solving ability
