SAP IHC (IN-HOUSE CASH) CONSULTANT - ENGLISH SPEAKING - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM.
START: 1ST AUGUST 2016. 9 MONTH CONTRACT.
Our End Client in Brussels, Belgium is looking for an IHC (In-House Cash) Consultant.
JOB SUMMARY
The company is building up a Payment Factory in Belgium that will be based on an In-House Cash model. An In-House Cash Center is a virtual bank within the corporate group, with which each affiliated company has one or more accounts. For the affiliated companies, the In-House Cash Center is just another house bank, which in the context of the Payment Factory they will use to process their third party payables. Payments will be executed on behalf of the affiliated companies by the In-House Cash Centre.
The project is a worldwide project that will be implemented in a phased approach, starting with Europe and followed by a global roll out to the rest of the world, beginning with the US. A number of large European entities are already live and others, including the US, are in the process of being prepared for the rollout. All types of 3rd party payments shall be covered to the extent legal/regulatory restrictions allow, whereby priority is given to commercial flows.
The person will serve as an In-House Cash Expert. In this role He/She will be responsible for providing IS and functional expertise as well as technical support, for building up and maintaining a Payment Factory supported by SAP IHC application, in line with best practices in the area. Furthermore He/She will support the future expansion of In House Bank.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The person will develop and maintain, with the help of an Implementation Partner as well as Technical Team, the configuration, functional design documents, and support role based profile changes.
He/She will also assist in developing system configuration documentation (IMG), test planning, business process master list (BPML) as well as Business process Procedures (BPP).
He/She is to be familiar with the SAP IHC module, processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements and integration with other modules.
More specifically He/She will:
* Provide IS expertise and hands-on support for SAP IHC system initial set-up as well as roll-out of Payment Factory worldwide
* Play a leading role in designing Payment Factory extensions and performing fit/gap analysis for new countries, payment methods, processes and propose scenarios to facilitate decisions by management
* Be responsible, with the help of the IHC Functional Expert, of SAP IHC IMG configuration and Unit Testing
* Be responsible of developing and keeping up to date system configuration documentation (IMG), business process master list (BPML)
* Be responsible of monitoring SAP interfaces as well as fixing issues
* Work in close relationship with different IS teams on development and monitoring of different interfaces of Payment Factory with other Non-SAP systems
* Conduct the change management at the different levels, global, regional and local
* Be responsible for regulatory compliance, Sarbanes Oxley on the IS side
* The position is based in Brussels reporting to head of Payment Factory
