SAP Hybris C4C (Service) Architect
Support Implementation of a current project on SAP Hybris C4C Cloud for Sales and Service as a Solution and Integration Architect for different companies and several markets.
Design the overall architecture and data flows to accommodate all companies and market requirements on a global C4C Tenant for sales and service processes.
Sales processes for different markets required the following know-how:
- integration with ECC Back End to replicate master data.
- integration with BW for analytics.
- integration with third market system for campaign management.
- integration with Hybris E-commerce to replicate customer and order information.
- integration of order to ECC Back End
Service process
A good understanding of Trade Asset and Stock management is required.
