SAP HR Trainer - English Speaking

Whitehall Resource are looking for an SAP HR Trainer to based in North Holland on a contract basis.

The SAP HR Trainer is responsible to deliver knowledge of labour regulations and SAP HR in following countries: UK, Spain, Portugal, Germany & France. There will be circa 8-10 people per country.

The attendees training will be HR employees from following teams: payroll, compliance, benefits & leaves, compensation, data management, workforce administration basically the teams that are responsible for administration life cycle of employee

Background
The HR teams require country specific legal/functional payroll training in order to be able to test and operate the new HR processes having ADP as the payroll vendor. The key areas are Social Security and Pension, but also Fiscal data, including aspects, such as:
Social Security registration (incl. contribution group), changes and notifications (termination, accidents etc.)
Pension contribution & legislation around mandatory pension contribution
Fiscal data information sources

The training should address business scenarios, such as:
Hire/Termination
Short notice/Retroactive changes
Sickness administration

The employee data will be maintained in clients own SAP HCM system. Therefore it is preferred that the training includes information on how the legal and functional knowledge translates into the operation of new SAP HCM country specific areas (infotypes) which will be introduced by the project
