SAP HR/SucessFactors Change Manager
SAP HR/SucessFactors Change Manager is responsible for ensuring that business change is successful and the ERP system implemented smoothly. The IT Change Management Lead will deliver Change, Training and Communication activities related to a Greenfield SucessFactors Project for an industry leader.
Singapore based role, 6 month contract.
* Defining and managing the implementation of a core set of business change tools that will support an effective implementation of the ERP HR solution. These tools will provide practical and repeatable solutions across change, communications and training.
* Defining and overseeing a training strategy to develop both IT and business process capabilities
* Defining a communication approach that positions the project in a strong light with stakeholders and makes them feel a part of the journey
* Working closely with other partners across the organization to drive significant changes in business culture and ways of working aligned to programme objectives
* Identifying and working with the right stakeholders and change agents to embed the programme and its objectives effectively in the business
future
* Ensuring smooth transitions from as-is to new ways of working across the business at all levels
* Ensuring delivery is high value and business outcome focused, and that stakeholders as well as programme team members see it that way
* Ensuring the programme is a collaborative and positive environment that leads business change by example
* Work with the business leads and other partners across the organisation to identify and drive wider organisational change opportunities
Key skills required:
* Proven experience both developing and implementing business change strategies
* Strong background in IT Change Management, delivered the role of Change Manager or Change Management Lead, Change Management Consultant
* Experience running collaborative workshops
* Experience working on HR/ERP roll outs or IT transformations
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong personality with the ability to influence others
