My client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is looking for an SAP HCM SLCM (Student Life Cycle Management) Consultant

JOB Description
* HR Claims and Reimbursements Project:
* Perform the needed Technical Configuration for ongoing projects of HR Department.
* Perform the needed End User Training of Power Users
* Provide post Go-Live support for Critical issues.
* HR Split Project for IT: Complete the project design and provide inputs to Ongoing Blueprint Exercise for HR Split to Basis team and take part of Testing.

* Major responsibilities:
* Through understanding and experience in Leveraging SAP SLCM Should have a thorough understanding of cross module integration, specifically with HR and Contract Accounting. A previous track record of a successful SAP implementation is essential.
* Well versed with business rule frameworks, workflow and portal functionalities for SLCM and adequate knowledge of ABAP objects and programming.
* Knowledge in designing queries, Workflow monitoring and error analysis, BI/BO extraction and data structures.
* Work with the project teams in identifying the feasibility of solution proposed and implement appropriately
* Integrate SAP Applications with other tools and maintaining error free third party interfaces (current production support & realization tools and processes).
* Integrates with and coordinate across multiple teams to determine requirements necessary for implementation and support related activities covering SLCM, Admission systems and maintaining tight integration with HR and Finance systems
* A thorough understanding of the Academics functions/responsibilities carried on by higher education institution
* Should be a team player working with various groups within and outside the IT department.
* Supports project and process teams across modules as needed.
* Provides ongoing support and improvements using the HPSM support module
* Maintain problem status for each problem ticket assigned according to current standards and specifications.
* Obtain patches, fixes, and product updates and provide appropriate solution and should be working hands on with regard updates
* Provide on-call support outside normal business hours as needed
* Ensure that project documentation and support documents are maintained as per existing standards
* Well versed with the SAP authorization platform

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Consulting experience
* SAP Certification in appropriate modules is an advantage.
* Must be familiar with entire SLCM module.
* Experience and familiarity with key integration points of HR and FI
* Participated in two to three full-cycle implementations
* Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or above is required

ENGLISH SPEAKING ASSIGNMENT. START: 1ST APRIL 2013. 6 MONTH CONTRACT. LOCATION: JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA.
