SAP HR Renewal Architect - Switzerland

Projektbeschreibung

Our client, a major international organisation, is currently looking for an SAP Solution Architect with experience of implementing HR solutions, specifically HR Renewal, SAP Mashup and Decoupled InfoType Framework covering the full Hire2Retire programme.

With at least 3 full life cycle implementations (ideally 1 in SuccessFactors), you will be expected to play a key role in all phases from design to go-live of SAP Mashup, HR Renewal and Decoupled Infotype Framework, ideally with a good understanding of Employee Central SuccessFactors and integration with other HR modules, PY and ERP with HCI integration a key element.

You will provide configuration expertise for HR Renewals, map architecture requirements to the required data model and work with both internal and external teams to integrate with other systems outside SAP.

You will be required to propose a detailed delivery plan, manage tools required for delivery, address key architecture issues and technical decisions which may impact implementation and support testing throughout the process.

You will be SAP ABAP/BASIS certified and have worked in large-scale SAP HR implementations with global organisations. Solid functional knowledge of SAP HCM/PY as well as certification in SuccessFactors would be a strong advantage.
