SAP HR Project Manager - French And Dutch Speaking

Our client requires a SAP HR Project Manager to support an existing SAP HCM implementation. Your role will be to support the final stages of the implementation, which will include the management of testing, training and application deployment.

You must have strong knowledge on the SAP HCM, especially with AP, Payroll and the relevant links to financial modules.

Experience within the filed of pensions in the public sector will be considered a strong advantage. Similar experience in managing Parallel runs (eg payments) will also be a strong asset.

As project manager, you will not only be managint he IT team working on this project, but you will also be interacting directly with stakeholders from very different backgrounds on this project. Therefore it is important that you like to discuss both the business as well the IT side.

You must have a strong awareness of deadlines

You will regularly report the progress of the project to the parties by specifically focussing on the risks and how they can be managed.

Techincal Skills:

Over the last 10 years

SAP HCM
- PA 5 years
- PY 5 years
- Compatible interfaces, linked with financial modules 5 years
- Project Management 4 years (at least 2 projects)

Use of technical tools such as:

SAP SOS, EWA, OSS 3 years

Knowledge of the management of pensions within the public sector 1 year (Bonus)

Management of testing and parallel runs 3 years

You MUST speak French and Dutch
