SAP HR Project Manager

SAP HR Project Manager - Organisational Management - OM - SAP - HR

My client, a leader in the banking division is currently looking for a SAP HR Project Manager on a contract basis located in London

Key responsibilities:

- Delivery of new SAP Organisational Hierarchy
- Leading work to implement the new top level Business Area hierarchy in HRSAP
- Coordinate the associated system testing against test exit criteria
- Act as HR lead coordinating engagement with non HR recipients of SAP hierarchies through weekly project meetings
- Detailed analysis of proposed operational change, recommending solutions to customers
- Identify and develop innovative solutions/initiatives/improvements to enhance the OM Global services

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING:

- An expert in Organisational Management and SAP data base
- Extensive knowledge of SAP and OM processes
- Extensive knowledge of governance, controls and risk management
- Extensive project/programme delivery experience
- Extensive HR Transformation experience

DESIRABLE:

- Understanding of financial services industry
