For one of our partners in the railway infrastructure in Brussels, we are currently looking for a SAP HR Project Manager within the SAP HR Services team.
Responsibilities:
o You are working in the HR department of the SAP Services organization
o SAP HR Services team supports the SAP application to functional area and provides end-user support. The SAP HR Services also provides the configuration of the system
o As project manager you have frequent contacts with the HR project teams Business
o You follow the planning of current and future projects closely and timely escalates the things tend to go wrong.
o You will report regularly on the progress of the project to the stakeholders, with specific focus on the risks
o If you project the Point of Reference for the retirement solution
o As a team lead, send a team with the objective of rapid and accurate monitoring of changes and change requests - this will include the assessment of the work, the planning of the staff to implement the configuration, collaboration and interaction with the development team, follow-up testing, updating documentation.
desired profile
o Experience in E2E project: coordination, planning and follow-up skills
o Good general knowledge of SAP ( ECC6.0 )
o Detailed knowledge of SAP PA/OM and Payroll, as well as links to other financial modules
o Experience with the domain Pension for the public sector is a plus
o Proven skill in translating business requirements into detailed specifications regarding system configuration
o You are managerial, stress resistant, communicative, proactive, precise
o You can work independently, but can also work well in a team
o You have an analytical mind and you have a sense of synthesis
o You speak Dutch and French - that bilingualism is necessary for the end-user support
o You are friendly and open to handle, customizable.
o You show your flexible at times of increased workload
