SAP HR/Payroll Tester

One of our well known clients is looking for an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Tester for an initial 2 week contract role located in Melbournes CBD.

This client has recently implemented SAP & are now going through some upgrades of their SAP HR/Py system. They require the services of an experienced SAP HR/Py Tester to come in & join their team to complete the testing requirements of this environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of solid testing experience specifically within the SAP HR/Py module (Time and Australian Payroll).

You will need to have a sound working knowledge of HP Quality Centre as well as the ability to run test scripts and effectively document the results, along with testing experience with:

- Casual Timesheets via SAP ESS and ECC including Workflow and Approvals

o Hiring/Rehiring Casuals on MDT

o Recording/Entering Timesheet information

- Casual Absence Recording via SAP ESS and ECC

o Create Casual Absence

o Approvals - Approve/Reject Absence

- Casual Long Service Leave in SAP ECC

o Entering Information for Calculation/Generation

- Non-Casual Timesheets via SAP for Additional Hours and Overtime

o Recording/Entering Timesheet Information

o Calculations/Generations based on Enterprise Agreement entitlement

o Approvals - Approve/Reject Additional Hours/Overtime (on call, weekend working, after hours, etc)
