SAP HR-OM/Organisation Design Specialist/Banking

An exiting opportunity for an Organisation Design Specialist to work with my client, a leading global retail bank, on a large scale HR Transformation Programme.

It is essential the successful incumbent will have demonstrable experience with SAP HR-OM (Organisational Management) within a banking environment.

The Global OD Specialist will be responsible for:

*Jointly leading the work to implement the new top level Business Area hierarchy in HR SAP with the Organisational Management Consultants
*Translate the business requirements into OM Language and data capture sheets
*Co-ordinate SAP changes with the Global OM Teams
*Provide coaching and development on tools and process; act as mentor to the business representative in the field of OM expertise
*Extensive presentation skills required to enable the business to fully understand the OM Principles and design- this will include influencing senior colleagues to move forward to achieve Antony Jenkins end state operating model

It is essential that the successful candidate will have:
*An expert in SAP HR-OM (Organisation Management)
*Must be experienced at providing coaching and awareness for the customer base
*Extensive knowledge of SAP and OM processes
*Evaluating proposed operational change and recommending solutions to support customers
*An understanding of government legislation that may impact organisational management
