SAP HR IN SINGAPORE (SINGAPOREAN OR SINGAPORE PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY)
SAP HRConsultant required for 2 month contract in Singapore. Start dates between middle of November and January.
1. Singaporean citizen or Singapore PR
2. Preferably knowledgeable in Data Migration
3. At least 5 years experience
Major duties and responsibilities are listed below:
a. Carry out DM mapping to SAP and non-SAP target systems for HCM functional areas.
b. Responsible for ensuring the proposed DM program design is aligned with the overall architecture design.
c. Responsible for complying with the processes and standards defined for the project.
d. Perform the following key activities:
Design and document the mapping specifications according to DM requirement specifications received and ensure the developed programs fulfil the data requirements.
Plan, identify, define and conduct unit testing to ensure the DM requirements are met.
Provide support to HCM Functional Consultants during DM testing, implementing code changes.
Deliver all DM related project documentations defined for the projects, including but not limited to design specifications, program specifications and unit test plan.
Provide on-site support after system go-live.
Troubleshoot any problems reported before and after go-live.
e. Ensure the quality of the deliverables.
f. Participate in DM related quality assurance activities and resolve any risks or areas for improvement identified.
g. Perform DM related risk management which includes identification; provide mitigation solutions and management for risks.
h. Participate in the change request process which includes performing impact assessment, development and testing impacting DM.
i. Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of progress status updates to the DM Lead.
j. Responsible for supporting and resolving all DM related problems reported and service requests received within the Service Level Agreement during post go-live phase.
k Knowledge of LSMW
Below are the requirements:
a. Candidate must be either a Singapore Citizen or PR.
b. Education Qualification
The candidate should possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Equivalent.
c. Required Competencies
Minimum 3-5 years SAP HCM implementation experience with at least 1-2 full cycle implementations of SAP ERP.
Knowledge in integration with other SAP ERP modules are preferred (FI, CO, AM, FM, MM, PS, SD).
Ability to work independently and efficiently, manage timelines and expectations, and produce high quality deliverables
