Sao Paolo, Brazil
DURATION:
9 Months, full time

LANGUAGE:
English, Portuguese and Spanish (Spanish beneficial not essential)
DETAILS:
- The Project Manager HR IT is responsible for the delivery of small to medium-size projects in the area of ERP IT HR in time, quality and budget ensuring effective alignment of ERP investment with business requirements and effective use of resources, creating business value through consistent and efficient IT project service delivery.
- The Project Manager ERP IT HR has to ensure business change management and readiness by constant and regular collaboration and alignment with Key Business and IT Stakeholders, reporting to senior management levels.
- Compliance with ERP IT project methodology framework (based on ICE) and associated standards, templates and guidelines must be ensured by advising and coaching subordinates on programs and projects.
- The incumbent has to develop an environment which fosters a high-performance and high quality project delivery, as well as an efficient management (planning, execution and reporting) of small ERP project portfolio.
