LOOKING FOR A SAP HR/HCM CONSULTANT. START: ASAP. LOCATION: Budapest, Hungary. PROJECT LENGTH: 3 months. PROJECT LANGUAGE: English. THE RATE for this project is 350 euros a day, all in.
A dear client of mine, a consultancy, is looking for an SAP HR AND HCM consultant to join them on a project for their end client.
IN THIS ROLE THE FOCUS IS ON HCM, PAYROLL AND TALENT MANAGEMENT
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:
*2-4 years of SAP experience in SAP HR and HCM
*1-3 years of experience in the modules: Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management, Benefits management, Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Compensation Management, E Recruiting.
*ability and understanding of integrating other SAP modules with the ones mentioned above.
*basic knowledge of SAP applications: ESS & MSS, E-Recruitment, enterprise compensation management and learning solution.
*1-4 years of SAP HR - Payroll experience with understanding of Payroll Accounting, Time management and integration to FI/CO Module
*Experience in the utilities sector is highly valued
