-->SAP HCM Core (L2)-Generic Proficiency:

Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track. Assist in creating solution proposals, rough effort estimates., detailed solution documentation, presentation and in implementation. Able to guide a team, preparation of design documents,gathering business requirements, knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools.

Should have hands on years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and hands on years of domain experience Module specific

Proficiency:
Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR processes:
o Personnel Administration,Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management and Benefits Management
o Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Compensation Management and Recruitment
o Integration with other SAP modules
Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes:
o ESS& MSS, E-Recruitment, Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution
o PayrollAccounting.

-->SAP HCM Core (L4)-Generic Proficiency:

Ability to read through the customer business processes and simultaneously formulating the adoption of the best business practices in meeting the foreseeable challenges. Ability to review, validate the right set of questions. Create solution workshops with senior business managers, review validate solution proposals and estimates, rendering advice on best business practices and getting the buy in to adopt these practices. Ability to keep up-to-date with the SAP road map and technology relevant to HR domain. Ability to create solution road maps integrating multiple disparate processes. Ability to present and get the buy in for the solution from senior managers and the CXO levels. Implement the solution by leading the team. In addition to leveraging the standard processes, come out with innovative solutions and timely execution of the project within the agreed time lines and the cost. Ability to lead a team and participate in presales activity and ability to give suggestions on areas of improvements. Knowledge of the quality processes and adopted
quality standards in projects.

Knowledge of the recognized quality tools and Participate in Quality Improvement meetings Should have hands on years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and hands on years of domain experience

Module specific Proficiency:
Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR processes:
o Personnel Administration,Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management
and Benefits Management, Payroll Accounting
o Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Enterprise Compensation Management and Recruitment
o ESS& MSS, E-Recruitment and Learning Solution
o HR Analytics Must have specialized in following four or more SAP application specific HR processes:
o Time Management (Negative and Positive)
o Benefits Management
o ESS& MSS
o Learning Solution
o E-Recruitment o Enterprise Compensation Management
o Travel Management

SAP HCM Payroll (L3)-Generic Proficiency:
Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges. Ability to frame the right set of questions for the multiple tracks. Create solution proposals with effort estimation for a chosen project track. and create a solution road map addressing the current and the future needs of the business.Ability to interface with the client teams directly and conduct solution architecting workshops with the business managers and advice improvements based on best practices. Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement.
