Projektbeschreibung
On of our clients is looking for a SAP HR functional analyst combining strong business knowledge in HR with a functional background in SAP HR, in order to deliver the following tasks:
Employee self- service enhancements (20 days):
Deliver functional requirements for enhancing the ESS at the company for enabling employees to maintain their bank data in SEPA format; to maintain their diplomas for Belgian statutory reporting; to provide data required for insurance purposes.
Prepare, plan, organize; follow up and document user acceptance testing of the above enhancements.
Support live deployment
Improve HR reporting (30 days):
Deliver functional requirements for improving performance of a set of existing reports.
Prepare, plan, organize, follow up and document user acceptance testing of the set of optimized reports.
Support live deployment
Other potential minor enhancements in the HR backlog (10 days):
(To be decided in agreement with the hiring manager)
