My client in Den Haag, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP HR Consultant.

HARD REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three years experience in a complex SAP HR environment. Knowledge of and experience with ITIL, SAP Portal/SAP HR, HR processes. Has experience with project work

Required skills
Analyzes and act on incidents. Coordinates resolution of incidents. Prioritizes resolution of incidents. Communicates direction to Key User on the handling of incidents. Defines strengths and weaknesses in the current process of the processes. Advises on the design of work-arounds to disturbances. Sets clear solutions in which both the desired functionality of automated and organized section are described. Sets acceptance criteria and Test Management in the preparation of test scripts

Description:
The SAP HR Functional Administrator works in a team of 10 Functional Managers hierarchically led by the team manager and reports on incident management and problem management. The Functional Manager keeps SAP HR Key - users informed about current events and helps with problem solving. Highly functional, the Manager is responsible for handling incidents within its focus. The aim is to address both organized and automated solutions
