SAP HR/French Legal Expert

I have a new request. I need a functional expert in French Pension legislation and SAP HR functional.
It's starting September 1st 2015 till February 2017, not full time, but 2 days/week.

Activities:
The customer wishes to conduct with the assistance and expertise of the provider for the following different work lead to the outsourcing of the management of its pension plan:
* Design the target solution with the selected partner: future modalities of pension management, mode ling future processes, identification of changes compared to the existing and their consequences, identifying HRIS Data Bank France to transfer him and their launching arrangements up to date;.
* Prepare detailed specifications HRIS maintenance of the Bank of France needed to outsource the management of pension at the selected partner.
* Develop the test campaign, write test cases and functional tests ensure the unit.
* Ensure operational monitoring start until the end of the regular service verification period (VSR).

Skills:
* Expertise on legislation of public sector pension schemes and special schemes;
* Thorough knowledge of past and future work of the inter-system of special pension schemes.
* Knowledge appreciated developments announced for social protection systems (DSN project, RGCU project EVA project, etc);
* Proven experience of relations between pension and retirement GIP Union.
* Knowledge of the popular area of Human Resources.
* Proficiency in SAP HCM (v ECC6 - EHP7)
