SAP HR Consultant - Success Factors - English Speaker
SAP HR Consultant - Success Factors - English Speaker to work on a Green field SAP SuccessFactors project in Zurich. Understand the existing SAP environment and solution, and work with the existing support team and business resources to identify requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis, complete configuration documentation, help with data cleansing, testing and go-live support for the rollout of SAP.
Key experience:
- Over 10 years experience in HR, over 4 years experience in Success Factors
- At least 1 implementation in Employee Central or Payroll
- At least 3 implementations experience in one or many Talent Solutions like Goal, Performance Management, Recruitment and others
- Hands on configuration specialist
Areas of experience:

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for advising on HR Success Factors configuration and integration with other modules and processes
* Responsible for Knowledge transfer to the existing Support team
* Functional/Technical problem solving skills
* Responsible for documentation for different phases of the project - requirements and blue print documentation, test scripts, data cleansing, go live support on multiple sites etc..
