SAP HR Functional Consultant - Brussels - Dutch and French Speaking - Market rates - 6 month contract
As a SAP HR Functional consultant (SAP) you are responsible for the development of transversal IT tools. Knowledge and integration with SAP are an important part. These modules are used by various departments of the within the team, you are responsible for the follow-up and realization of projects.
The current projects are:
"Time and Expense Management" and "Follow-up of External Employees".
Service expectations
. Analyzing the requirements of current customers and formulating functional specifications that will enable the IT team to carry out the evolutions on the IT platform.
. Leading and following up of IT projects.
. Leading and animating workshops.
. Compilation of bills to the IT department.
. Preparing tests, testing themselves and taking care of the user acceptance and validation tests.
. Coordinating the necessary initiatives such as change management, such as informing about the impact of business processes, drawing up the user guide (s) and the functional documentation and teaching and informational sessions
Service Description
. You have a university master's degree or you have an equivalent level of experience.
. You are bilingual (NL/FR) and have a thorough knowledge of English (oral and written).
. You have experience in managing (SAP) projects (business).
. You have functional SAP expertise, especially in SAP HR.
. You have experience with business analysis/need assessment (5-10 years).
. You have very good communication and coordination skills (oral and written).
. You are a team player and have strong logical and analytical thinking ability.
. You can work independently and also draw a project.
