- Responsible for perimeter of all application development and maintenance activities, including service levels and commitments compliance
- Service delivery & application developments activities
- The quality of deliverables

- Securing & developing the knowledge & expertise in the team

- Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (managing the overall engagement)
