SAP HR Business Analyst needed - Belgium - French and Dutch speaking - 10 months.
Recruit121 has a role for an SAP HR Business Analyst to work with them for 10 months to be based in Belgium.
The role will be to start as soon as possible.
The role will require a consultant that speaks French and Dutch fluently.
You role will involve:
Conducting workshops.
- Collaborating in the modelling of business processes, IT tools to support these guidelines and to use these tools.
- Writing specifications for the applications, validated by the business and prioritize these changes in different releases.
- The validation and rigorous challenge of the functional analysis of IT
- Following the development by IT testing and validating the changes along with the business and its eventual implementation.
- Maintaining contacts with the business, IT, business analysts and other vendors.
- The development of training materials and training to give the end users (internal and external)
- Assisting a change trajet.
- Knowledge of SAP HR time management is a plus.
