SAP HR Business Analyst

Our client, a highly respected and well known global company, requires the expertise of an SAP HR Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in Melbourne .

This is a great chance to be part of a fantastic project and really develop your already sound knowledge in SAP HR. Joining a team of HR SME's your knowledge will be vital in order to enhance existing SAP HR processes and procedures and to be that important link between the business and IT.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- SAP HR process design and technology enhancements
- Experience working across SAP HR Sub modules Recruitment,Payroll On boarding, Employee Change Management, Self Service - Manager and Employee, Employee Exit Management
- Analysis and diagnostics for error management to assist HR technology system developers
- Data extraction and reporting that focuses on data integrity from a number of HR technologies
- User Acceptance testing of future technologies
- Support ongoing review of independent contractor compliance and stakeholder management

You don't need years and years of experience, but you DO need to be a superstar in terms of attitude, aptitude and action! At least 5 years of solid SAP HR experience along with 3 years experience in a Business Analyst role. Project experience is a must as well as proven analytical talent and great communication skills.
