SAP HR BO Position Brussels - Long term Contract

For my final client based in Brussels I am currently looking for a SAP HR BO consultant. Long term Project.

You have a good HR business knowledge and a proven track-record in SAP BO 4.0 Webi.

You are responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of ad hoc and standard reports and dashboards for the HR department and you are proud of your methodological and analytical approach to do so. Together with your stakeholders you analyze and design their reporting needs. This results in strong and steady relationships of trust with our stakeholders.

You will not be responsible for ETL and data warehousing. This is done by our IT team.

You are excited to be a member of our HR BI team and you cooperate actively. You operate together with colleagues from other teams. You are a natural people-person. You combine good business skills with an optimistic attitude and a no-nonsense approach.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

- A Master Degree or equivalent by experience;
- A deep knowledge of HR Business Processes and Belgian Payroll rules;
- Knowledge of SAP HR: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Performance Management;
- 2 to 3 years of SAP BO webi experience. Knowledge of Design Studio or Lumira is an asset;
- Advanced in MS Excel

KNOW HOW

- You are thoroughly bi-lingual: Dutch and English or French and English or even better Dutch and French and English and you reside in Belgium;
- Functional knowledge of HR Business Processes and of management reporting;
- Knowledge of HR Analytics;
- You have extensive experience in functional testing of webi reports, dashboards, and data mappings;
- Ability to respond quickly to changing business needs
