SAP HR ANALYST

One of my clients is urgently looking for Informantion Analyst for a 6 month rolling contract in Amersfoort, Netherlands.

THE SAP HR ANALYST WILL PREFORM

- Preparation of a Canonical Data Model for the SAP-HR services in Enterprise Architect
- Drafting Service Definitions including additional requirements
- Describe Interface Mappings (data transformations) which must take place in the ESB
- Retrieve missing information from supplier, customers or the business
- Analyzing (Legacy) Functional Specifications and Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS-IDD).
- Creating and analysing sample messages (eg XML/XSD, CSV)
- Generating XSD and WSDL files from Enterprise Architect
- Tuning and reviewing Software Requirements and descriptions with Stakeholders
- Advise developers/information analysts of declining systems
- Knowledge and experience with the Client management procedures is an advantage

YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH:

- Minimally completed HBO education in the IT field
- Experience with the creation of canonical (domain) data models
- Extensive experience in preparing Interface specifications for an ESB platform or other type of system integration platform, preferably IBM WebSphere
- Experience with Preparing UML (class) diagrams
- Affinity with message structures and protocols such as HTTP, REST, JMS, MQseries, SOAP, XML/XSD.
- Experience with working under an Enterprise Architecture with EA
- Experience working in Enterprise Architecture as a modelling tool

WHAT ARE YOUR RESULTS?

- Service definitions for all HR interfaces within the project scope
- Canonical data model that adequately covers the information needs of the interfaces
- Described interface solution (method, implementation) for the relevant systems
- Functional validation of the delivered services/interfaces (FO, TO and realization)
- Documentation in Enterprise architect, generating required XSDs and WSDLs
