I am currently looking for a senior SAP HR analyst for a 6 months contract in Belgium.
CONTRACT :
-Start date: 24/06/2013
-End date: 31/12/2013 (125 days)
-Working location: Brussels
-Number of working days per week: Fulltime
-Deadline for submitting CVs: Thursday 30/05/2013
THE ROLE :
As a SAP HR Senior Analyst will strengthen the SAP Business Competence Center whose main tasks will be:
- You support the (key) users when using the SAP HR solution-You advise the HR business in their search for solutions and is aiming for best practices
- You are responsible for the functional analysis and technical specifications
- You are also partly responsible for the implementation and testing of the solutions and you will ensure a proper integration with other processes
- You are involved in the training and education of users
- Content, emphasis will be placed on the modules PA, OM, CATS and PT.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong experience in SAP HR: PA/OM, CATS, PT
- Several years of experience as a SAP functional consultant in SAP HR PA/OM and Time Management: 5 years
- Being able to draw up functional and technical specifications: 5 years
- Be able to manage a change request "end-to-end": 5 years
- Customizing of the SAP HR module (OM/PA, PT, ALE): 5 years
- ABAP debugging 3 years
- Use of technical assistance from SAP OSS notes 2 years
- MS Office 3 years
- Solution Manager (SOLMAN) 2 years
- Microsoft Sharepoint 2 years
PERSONNAL SKILLS
- Team player
- Self-directed (good time management, manage priorities, ..)
- Communicative
- Languages: Dutch/French mandatory: B2 Europass level & English: A2 Europass level
